Why I Started The Anchored Path 🌿

Hey, I’m Cammie — therapist, ADHD human, trauma brain, and forever cozy-life enthusiast.

I know what it feels like to try all the things — and still end up overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in shame spirals.

The Anchored Path was born from two truths I believe with my whole heart:

  1. You don’t have to heal alone.

  2. Your nervous system holds the map to feeling safe, steady, and alive again.

This space is here to give you the tools, resources, and community I wish I had years ago.
